JOLLY BIG ONE and JOLLY BIG TWO shutter operators for spring balanced rolling shutters are designed with RIB’s decades of innovation. The JOLLY ONE operators come with one or two electric motors enabling it to operate gates with 280 to 450 kg in weight.

JOLLY ONE from RIB features new automatic limit switches that are easily adjustable and offer a fast and easy installation. The operators can be fitted with adaptors on a Ø 76 mm or Ø 102 mm shafts, and with Ø 240 mm springs. JOLLY BIG has eight steel bearings on which the pulley operates on and is able to handle large shutters of up to 30 sqm dimensions. The operators have IP300 protection and offer 20 cycles in a day, and 30 per cent service.
There are four different versions of the RIB JOLLY ONE – JOLLY BIG ONE (reversible), JOLLY BIG ONE with electrobrake (irreversible), JOLLY BIG TWO (reversible), and JOLLY BIG TWO with electrobrake (irreversible).
