Door leaf and door frame opening size:
- A = the depth of the sealing strip to the edge of the door frame
- B = door leaf thickness
- A – B + 4 = Measure X value
- The specified range of X value is 4-5mm

- As shown in Figure ①, install the word “Door” in the opening of the door leaf, and use a Phillips screwdriver to put the product into the door leaf;
- If ②, install the corresponding position of the door leaf with the product installed in the door frame with the hole already opened, and tighten it with a Phillips screwdriver.
- After the installation and debugging are completed, ensure that the hinge installation is firm and reliable, and the hinge surface is flush with the door frame and the side of the door leaf.

- Repeatedly operate the door to open and close many times, and check that everything is normal and handed over to the customer for use.
- Pay attention to the daily maintenance of the hinge and keep it clean. At the same time, a small amount of grease (oil) can be applied.

Adjustment function indication:
- Left and right adjustment: Use the hexagonal key to adjust A/A’, clockwise can increase the door gap, counterclockwise can reduce the door gap (note: the adjustment must be synchronised!);
- Front and rear adjustment: Loosen the B/B’ screw counterclockwise to adjust, and lock it after the adjustment is completed;
- Adjustment up and down: Loosen the C/C’ screw counterclockwise to adjust, and lock it after the adjustment is completed.

- Adjust up and down: ±2.5mm
- Front and rear adjustment: ±1.0mm
- Left and right adjustment: ±1.5mm
