Special Reminders & Notes
- Special reminder: When installing this hydraulic hinge, try to fix the door frame and the wall firmly to avoid loosening of the door frame after long-term use.
- When installing this hydraulic hinge, pay attention to the selection of door locks, and try to choose a magnetic lock and a mechanical lock with a lighter lock tongue.
- The hinge does not distinguish between left and right, and the adjustment valve is installed facing downward.
Location Card Instructions
- ★ The location of the fixing card: prevent the hinge from closing during the installation process, resulting in failure to install.
- ★ This location card is forbidden to be removed during installation.
- ★ After the installation is complete, remove the location card before closing the door; otherwise the door and hydraulic hinges will be damaged.
Function Diagram & Precautions
Function Diagram: Hydraulic concealed hinge (with locking force)
- 0° to 15°: Into the lock, mute adjustable 15°.
- 15° to 85°: Faster closing zone.
- 85° to 125°: Any stop zone / Positioning door stop.
- 125° to 180°: Door stop area.
Precautions for Use
- This product cannot be used in places directly exposed to rain and snow.
- Depending on the use of the door closer, the hinge may be damaged or the action may be abnormal, resulting in the door not being able to close tightly, please be sure to confirm before use.
- Do not close the door vigorously when the hinges on the door fall down, otherwise the hinges will be warped or deformed.
- During use, regularly check whether the screws in each part are loose.
